“The real challenge of design is to make useful and beautiful tools for everyday use.”  Simo Heikkilä

Kulma is designed as a ‘tool’ for “Everyday Tools; Table, Cup and Glass” exhibition, to put together a table’s parts. It is the joinery that gave the design its name. Kulma helps to put together wooden components easily with regular screws to make a table and works just like construction components for the prefabricated housing systems.

This joinery is enables great flexibility in terms of variations to make different sizes of the same table with same quality sustained for long periods. That is why KULMA is extremely strong connector as well as very light looking offering minimal and modest table for all sort of everyday uses.
